He also indicated that the construction of the borehole project in Aminapah and 19 other rural areas is a demonstration of the cowbell brand’s love and care for its consumers.

“This gesture by Cowbell our milk towards Aminapah and the other selected communities across the country, is our brands demonstration of care and love towards our consumers who support us and the reason for our existence. It is our hope and trust that the communities privileged to benefit from this project will service and maintain the boreholes on regular basis to help many generations to come.”

“This project is an addition to the numerous means Cowbell our milk brand helps communities and entities that are harshly deprived of basic comforts such as potable water.”

“We choose to provide water because water is life and it doesn’t matter how much it will cost us to deliver this to the rural poor.” Mr. Shine Torsoo added.

Aminapah is a community in the Ada District of the Greater Accra region and home to about 600 people mostly women and children.

The community has seen no major development in recent times and saddled with numerous challenges, including a lack of potable water and no proper place of convenience.

The nearest source of water for residents in Aminapah is a neighbouring community known as Toku, which is about 8km, a situation the Chief and people of the area have described as “very pathetic”.

The Chief of Aminapah Nene Amartey Korley Adegu welcomed the news of Promasidor Ghana’s limited borehole construction adding that his people are grateful for the kind gesture.

The borehole project which is expected to commence on July 23, 2019, is to be completed within a month.
